I've been slacking off. Mainly because the wifi was rubbish at Yosemite National Park.
So what's new?
Well after Bishop, we camped for two days at Yosemite (yo-semi-tea) National Park.
It's picturesque. BUT I'm soooo over camping.
Anyway. We decided to take it easy and just sun bathe, swim in the river and check out a water fall (that had no water actually falling).
Then we made the short drive to San Fran.
I.love.it. I always kinda gage how much I like a place by asking myself 'would I live here?'. I can definitely see myself in San Fran; working in the city, shopping in the hippy district. It's just such a nice, clean city. Awesome transport system and relatively cheap. It's not generic. I love the architecture and the colourful house and the public parks.
The ONLY thing that puts me off San Fran, besides the possibility of an earthquakes, is the amount of homeless people.
I don't think I have ever come across so many homeless people in my life.
They are polite and don't really cause a fuss but it's more of a personal battle for me cause I wanna take them all home and feed them, give them a shower and a chance. It's sad.
Yesterday I went on a catamaran sail around the San Fran harbour. It was cold but worth it.
Today I just went shopping (whoops)and did a open top bus tour around San Fran to try to see as much as possible in the time I had.
Tomorrow we drive to Pismo Beach. I'm excited because it's the last place we camp! Then the rest of the trip is hotels.
There should be wi fi at the next stop so we're all good for a post tomorrow.
Love Love
